Licensing and Usage Restrictions

All software, bots, and solutions provided remain the intellectual property of Solvent. Users receive a limited license to operate these tools but do not acquire any ownership rights.

Subscription, Payment, and Fees
Users agree to the subscription plans and payment schedules outlined in the service agreement. Non-payment may result in restricted access to services. Refunds will be managed based on pre-agreed policies.

Liability and Indemnification
Solvent is not liable for losses resulting from the misuse of the provided solutions. Users agree to indemnify and hold Solvent harmless from any legal claims arising from their use of the services.

Service Changes and Termination
